Merry is defined by a vision of beauty, creativity and connection. Architecture, interiors and sculptures are different expressions of the same creative language. We create places and pieces that invite people to slow down, pause, and reconnect with themselves and the space around them.

Our work begins with listening — to light and orientation, materials, memory and landscape. Every project and/or piece reveals a story and offers an authentic experience to the observer or audience. We seek timelessness rather than trends, emotion rather than spectacle, silence rather than excess.

Whether designing a boutique hotel, a private residence, a health and wellness hospital or a sculptural object, our intention remains the same: to create meaningful relationships between people and places.

We believe true luxury is calm. True beauty is honest. And the most memorable spaces are those that allow us to feel more ourselves.

For more than two decades, designer, artist, and founder Alfonso Merry del Val has worked at the intersection of architecture, hospitality, and artisan craft. His sculptural practice deepens this foundation, translating the same exploration into clay and bronze, where matter, volume, light, and time serve as essential materials.

Today Merry is conceived as an authorial practice where architecture, interiors and sculpture form one continuous body of work. Whatever the scale, the intention is always the same: to make beauty that can be lived and experienced.
